Expert Light Installation Transformed

At A Professional Handyman, we pride ourselves on delivering quality services to our clients in Nashville, TN. Recently, we received a request from Charles W., a homeowner who needed assistance with a light installation. When Charles contacted us, he was facing some challenges with an existing chandelier that had a few issues—wires that were stripped and a precariously held fixture.

The Challenge: Fixing a Stripped Chandelier

Charles needed urgent help. He reached out to us due to the unreliable nature of some previous services and was anxious about the safety of his chandelier. He sought a reliable handyman to ensure the installation was done correctly and safely. After discussing his needs, we assured him that our team could handle the situation swiftly and effectively, with the added benefit of availability within the week.

Our Solution: Timely and Honest Service

When our team arrived, we quickly got to work assessing the condition of the chandelier. We noticed not only the stripped wires but also that the chandelier’s chain was caught—an issue that posed a risk to the light fixture. We took meticulous care in fixing the electrical wiring and ensuring everything was up to code. Moreover, we fixed the chain issue, securing the chandelier properly so it could be safely enjoyed.

The transformation was not just about the installation; it was about ensuring safety and performance. We utilized high-quality materials and our extensive experience to guarantee a job well done.

“Bill was great! He was very quick to respond to our messages and had availability for a light installation the same week. He fixed wires that were stripped and after the install, he noticed that the chandelier’s chain was caught and the light fixture was held up by the cord. We were glad he pointed that out and fixed the issue. That’s an honest handyman!” – Charles W. --- Homeowner
