Excellent quality and service.

I don’t want to meet strangers at my home for their free estimates. Free estimates are not actually free, because they always cost my time as well, which is not free, so I try filtering the good from bad before inviting them over. This one passed the filter, but did not turn out to be a good one. I needed a full AC/Gas furnace system replacement, and I would provide the equipment, however the installer would provide all the needed installation parts, so his bid was $2650 at first. I asked him to send me an email so that he can list all included installation parts with it. He promptly did and copper lineset was also listed on it. Although higher than others, based on his higher reviews I still decided to have him visit in person after I asked him to send me a list of all included work and parts in his bid document in an email. Once he got the address and met me in person, he wanted to charge $350 more for supplying the copper lineset, which was already listed in his bid document. He tried to explain that it was only included for its installstion and I would have to provide that part as well along the equipments but he would provide and install all others himself. When I confronted him about the length of the lineset since my setup would need only 20-25', he said that they are sold only 50' and he has never seen shorter sold, but would check and submit his revised bid based on that. I can find 30' linesets all over internet for $270 by the way. All in all, he did not meet my honesty standards, but his integrity might still be better than what this industry professionals have to offer on average in my experiences so far. If I could go back in time, I would have never invited him so I cannot recommend him, however he was on time and responsive up until his tricks and misrepresentations caught up to him. I hope someone finds sharing this experience helpful.

He provided 3 different mini split system options and shared his honest opinions and pricing without pushing me in any particular direction. I did my own research and chose Mitsubishi, which he also preferred, though he never pressured me into it. After I signed the estimate, he was ready to install within 2–3 days. He arrived in the morning, walked me through the placement plan again for the units, ensured I was comfortable with it, and then completed the installation in about 3 hours with high-quality workmanship, just as he had estimated. I’m very happy with his work, have already recommended him to my neighbor, and will definitely use his services again.
