Transforming a Bathroom with Precision

At Alliance Construction, we take pride in our ability to transform spaces into beautiful and functional areas that meet our clients' needs. One recent project we completed was the remodel of a bathroom for Kevin K. in Dallas, GA, and we are thrilled to share the details of this transformation.

Before: A Challenging Bathroom Space

When Kevin first reached out to us, he expressed his frustration with his outdated bathroom, which suffered from an inefficient layout and a poorly installed shower. The existing shower and bath floor were in desperate need of an upgrade, and the plumbing was outdated. Kevin, who works in heavy road and bridge construction, had a keen understanding of craftsmanship and quality, and he wanted to ensure that his bathroom remodel showcased both.

Our Approach: Expert Planning and Execution

Upon discussing his vision, we conducted a thorough assessment of the space. Our team recognized the need for a complete overhaul, starting from the demolition of the old shower and bath floor. We methodically removed everything, ensuring a clean slate for the new installation.

We then reworked the plumbing to accommodate the new shower design, which included using durable materials for longevity. During the installation process, we employed laser levels to ensure that every aspect was plumb and square—no shortcuts here. Each tile was applied with precision, ensuring tight, consistent joints without any undulations.

Key Highlights of Our Work:

• Demolition and Clean-Up: Efficiently removed old fixtures and materials.
• Plumbing Update: Reworked plumbing to support the new setup.
• Tile Installation: Carefully installed the new shower tile, including backer boards and membranes.
• Drywall Mastery: Performed extensive drywall work to seamlessly tie everything together.

After: A Stunning, High-Quality Bathroom

The transformation resulted in a bathroom that not only looked fantastic but functioned efficiently. The niche we installed proved labor-intensive, but it turned out beautifully with the schluter trim placed perfectly. Kevin was ecstatic about how the finished product looked and expressed his appreciation for the meticulous craft we showcased.

“John and Alliance did a great job on my bathroom remodel... The finished product looks great, and I'm super excited for the glass to be installed next week so we can start using it. John was great with communication. Excellent value on the cost. All smiles here.” — Kevin K. --- Homeowner

We were thrilled to hear that even the shower glass installer praised our work as “very high quality,” confirming the standards we set for ourselves.
