Seamless Sink and Dishwasher Install

At American Plumbing and Drain, we take immense pride in delivering exceptional plumbing services to our community in Charlotte, NC. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting Greg T. with a sink and dishwasher installation just in time for the holiday season. This project was not without its challenges, but with our experienced team, we turned it into a seamless success!

The Before: A Tight Squeeze

When Greg first reached out to us, he faced a significant challenge: his new sink was not fitting into the granite countertop as planned. He wisely decided that for this job, hiring a skilled plumber was crucial. Many homeowners often contemplate whether to call a handyman or a plumber for installations, but Greg quickly realized the expertise of a plumber could save time and prevent mishaps.

Our Approach to the Installation

Upon arrival, our technician, RB, conducted a thorough assessment and explained the steps we would take to ensure a perfect fit for the sink and to properly install the dishwasher. Here’s how we tackled the project:

1. Getting the Right Tools: We ensured we had all necessary tools and materials on hand.
2. Precision Installation: RB meticulously worked on the sink installation, paying close attention to measurements and angles to guarantee the right fit.
3. Problem Solving: When the installation encountered an unexpected issue with the sink fitting, RB didn’t hesitate to devise a solution. He re-evaluated the situation and made adjustments on the spot, showcasing our commitment to quality work.

However, the challenges didn't stop there. After completing the sink installation, we discovered that the dishwasher was missing a crucial part. Maintaining our high standards for customer service, RB promptly took the initiative to drive to the local Home Depot, purchase the required part, and return to complete the installation that same day.

The Result: A Happy Customer

Greg was thrilled with the outcome and thanked us for handling the installations precisely and efficiently. He specifically appreciated how RB's knowledge and experience made all the difference during the process. In Greg’s words:

"RB from American Plumbing & Drain handled my installations precisely and efficiently... I am glad he did. He will be handling all of my future plumbing needs and I will be referring him to all family, friends and co-workers. Thanks RB for an awesome job….just in time for Christmas!" --- Homeowner

There’s no greater reward for our team than hearing such positive feedback from satisfied customers!
