Flawless Roof Transformation in Walnut Creek

At Apollo Building and Roofing Group, we take great pride in delivering exceptional roofing solutions that stand the test of time. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a homeowner in Walnut Creek, CA, whose house was in dire need of a roof replacement due to age-related wear and tear.

The Challenge: A Leaky Roof

When James Kuwabara, our esteemed client, reached out to us, his home was facing a significant issue. After 20 years, the roof had shown signs of leaking, prompting him to seek estimates from four different roofing contractors. Each contractor evaluated the roof and arrived at the same conclusion: a complete replacement was necessary. Despite considering the alternatives, James was keen on finding a reliable contractor to carry out the job with precision and care.

“...With the 50-year warranty on the installed shingles from Apollo Roofing, the new roof can be enjoyed, with peace of mind, for many years to come.” - James Kuwabara --- Homeowner

Our Response: Attention to Detail

Understanding the complexities of re-roofing, especially with their intricate design involving seven reused skylights and a hybrid of shingled and flat areas, our team was determined to demonstrate our expertise throughout the project. We worked tirelessly with James to ensure that every aspect of the job was planned out efficiently.

After a thorough discussion about the estimates, James chose to proceed with us—recognizing the value of our detailed evaluation and the quality of work we promised, even if we weren’t the lowest estimate.

Execution: Meticulous Craftsmanship

Once the contract was signed, our team promptly scheduled the work to begin about a month later. During the re-roofing process, we encountered some unanticipated repairs. However, our dedicated foreman, Sam, and his construction team remained responsive and adaptable. They addressed all arising issues with expertise and kept James informed through regular updates, including photos of the progression.

Our meticulous approach ensured that despite the challenges, the entire job was completed within a week. The result was not just a new roof; it was a striking improvement that enhanced the home’s overall appearance and provided durability.

The Outcome: A New Roof and Happy Homeowners

The roof was thoroughly inspected and passed all building codes, guaranteeing that James now has a safe, beautiful, and long-lasting roof over his head. With a fantastic 50-year warranty on the shingles, he can rest assured that Apollo Roofing has provided him with a robust solution that will last for generations.
