Mike was great he explained the problem and fixed the problem. He explained if the fix does not work what the next solution would be in simple terms. I have used Box repair in the past and found they are not as good at diagnostics and very expensive. Reliable is the answer.

I highly recommend Alliance Plumbing. Great service, and fair price. Hunter resolved our plumbing issue and he was very professional. Definitely give Alliance Plumbing a call for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed.

I recently called this service to repair a drain motor issue on my LG washer. While I appreciate that the technician arrived exactly on time as scheduled, the rest of the experience was very disappointing due to what I feel was extreme price inflation.
The technician quoted me $442 for the drain motor replacement. The cost of the new similar washer is around $850 plus taxes. When I questioned the cost, I was told the original LG part itself costs their office between $140 and $160. However, a quick check on the official LG parts website shows the original OEM part is priced at approximately $55.
I found that other local repair services quoted lower prices for the exact same job. Because the quote was so much higher than the market average and the part markup seemed unreasonable, I decided not to proceed. I still had to pay the service and diagnostic fee just to have the technician leave without a fix.
Pros:
Punctual arrival.
Cons:
Inflated Part Pricing: Quoted nearly 3x the actual OEM cost ($140ā$160 vs. $55).
High Total Quote: $442 is well above competitive rates from other services.
Poor Value: Felt like the "office procurement" cost was used to justify an overpriced repair.
I would recommend that others double-check part prices and get a second quote before committing to a repair with this company.
