Laundry Room Makeover Success!

At A+ Rooter Plumbing and Sewer Drains Inc., we take pride in helping homeowners improve their spaces, one project at a time. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a client named Lavon with an exciting challenge: upgrading their laundry room with a new washer outlet box.

The Challenge

Lavon began a DIY project to enhance their laundry room but quickly realized that the task was more complex than they had anticipated. A few minutes into the project, it became clear that the installation of the washer outlet box required skills beyond their current expertise. Feeling a bit overwhelmed, Lavon reached out to various plumbing companies for assistance. Unfortunately, many of them charged a service fee just to come out and provide an estimate, and others provided quotes that were significantly higher than expected.

Our Solution

Upon hearing Lavon’s concerns, our team stepped in. Not only did we assure Lavon that we could provide a precise evaluation of the job without hidden fees, but we also aligned with his schedule for a timely visit. Our technician Alex assessed the situation thoroughly and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs involved.

Using our extensive knowledge in plumbing and our commitment to excellent customer service, we ensured that the installation would go smoothly. Our team worked diligently, completing the installation with attention to detail, ensuring everything was up to code.

The Results

The transformation of Lavon’s laundry room was remarkable! With the new washer outlet box installed correctly and efficiently, the space was not only functional but also ready for the new washer. Lavon's satisfaction with our work was evident, and we were thrilled to have restored his confidence in completing his home project.

"Alex was spot on with the customer service, work, price, and availability. I will be using this company again and I highly recommend them." - Lavon Harold --- Homeowner

Our team not only fulfilled Lavon’s immediate needs but also reinforced his trust in professional plumbing services. He can now enjoy his upgraded laundry setup without the stress of faulty installations.
