Transforming Spaces with Ease

At Beldan Home Services, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch handyman services that not only enhance the functionality of your home but also elevate its overall aesthetic. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful client, Mary D., who reached out to us through Thumbtack for assistance with several tasks around her home.

The Challenge

Mary contacted us with a variety of home improvement needs. It was her first experience using a handyman service through the app, and she wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. As her list of requests evolved, she appreciated our team's flexibility and willingness to adapt. Mary required help moving heavy furniture, mounting a sizable 55” TV, hanging mirrors, and displaying artwork throughout her living space.

Our Approach

Our team, led by the skilled Jordan, approached the project with great enthusiasm. We began by confirming the appointment right away, ensuring Mary had peace of mind knowing we would be there on the date and time she requested.

1. Furniture Moving: We carefully moved heavy furniture between rooms, making sure not to damage any of Mary’s treasured belongings.
2. TV Mounting: Installing high-quality TV mounts can be tricky, especially for large televisions. Our team ensured that everything was securely fastened, optimizing viewing angles while maintaining a neat and tidy appearance.
3. Hanging Mirrors and Artwork: We hung a heavy mirror as well as several pieces of artwork. Our meticulous attention to detail ensured that each piece was positioned perfectly, enhancing the aesthetics of her walls.

The Results

When we finished, Mary couldn't have been happier.

"Working with Jordan was such a great experience! He completely exceeded expectations as this was my first experience with Thumbtack. Jordan was totally patient and flexible as I changed what I needed help with around my home. It was all so convenient." — Mary D. --- Homeowner

Not only did we enhance the aesthetics and functionality of her home, but we also made Mary's dog quite pleased in the process. When you create a happy environment for both pets and their people, that’s a true success!
