Transforming a Dated Bathroom

At Build Strong Construction & Remodeling, we take pride in creating beautiful spaces that reflect our clients' needs and desires. Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a complete primary bathroom remodel for a wonderful couple who wanted to transform their outdated space into a relaxing retreat.

The Challenge: An Outdated Bathroom

When Scott and his wife first contacted us, they were feeling overwhelmed with their outdated bathroom. It lacked functionality, style, and comfort, and they knew it was time for a renovation. After receiving bids from three different companies, they felt a strong connection with our team, led by Ilia. His genuine demeanor and professionalism stood out, even though we weren't the least expensive option. They appreciated his approach and insightful responses to their questions, which helped them make an informed decision.

“ICO Construction and Remodeling gets an A+ / 5-star rating from us!... Ilia said we won't be the cheapest, but we will do it right and you will love the results!” — Scott H. --- Homeowner

Our Approach: Collaboration and Expertise

Once our team was on board, we met with Scott and his wife to walk through their vision. Our talented designer, Edyd, assisted them in selecting flooring, countertops, tile, and vanities, making the design process enjoyable and seamless. They appreciated her expertise, which proved invaluable in creating a cohesive design that matched their style.

After finalizing the design, we set a timeline to start the project immediately following Labor Day. Throughout the renovation, we ensured constant communication, primarily through our diligent project manager, Or. He conducted regular walkthroughs, kept Scott and his wife updated, and proactively addressed potential issues.

The Transformation: Quality and Care

Our skilled team worked meticulously to bring the couple's vision to life. We executed each step of the project with precision, coordinating the efforts of various professionals — from electrical and plumbing to tile installers. One standout member of our team, Benjamin, impressed Scott with his dedication and craftsmanship throughout the entire build.

Despite some minor hiccups along the way, we remained flexible and committed to ensuring complete satisfaction. With both Ilia and Or working closely together, we managed to uphold our reputation for integrity and reliability.

After much hard work, we were thrilled to conclude the project with a thorough clean-up, ensuring that Scott and his wife could enjoy their new space immediately.

The Result: A Stunning New Bathroom

The transformation was nothing short of spectacular! Scott and his wife absolutely loved their new bathroom, admiring the stylish upgrades that perfectly aligned with their vision.

“All we can say is, WOW, we LOVE our new bathroom!” — Scott H. --- Homeowner
