Master Bathroom Makeover Bliss

At Build Strong Construction & Remodeling, we pride ourselves on transforming spaces and enhancing the lives of our clients. Recently, our team had the incredible opportunity to work with Kristine W. on a master bathroom remodel. Kristine's experience encapsulates our commitment to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

The Challenge: A Dated Bathroom

When Kristine first approached us, she expressed her frustration with her outdated bathroom. After facing numerous challenges in finding a reliable contractor, she discovered us through a Yelp recommendation. Kristine desired a complete overhaul of her bathroom, but was apprehensive due to previous bad experiences with other contractors. Our team was determined to change that narrative.

Kristine’s initial concerns included:

Lack of contractor responsiveness: Previous calls to contractors often went unanswered or resulted in missed appointments.
Unsatisfactory designs: She needed a functional yet aesthetically pleasing layout.
Trust issues: Finding someone she could trust to work in her home was paramount.

The Transformation Process

From the moment Kristine contacted us, we prioritized her vision. Our lead, Ilia, immediately set up a meeting to visit her home and discuss the project in detail. It was vital for us to ensure that the remodeling process would not only meet her expectations but exceed them. After the consultation, Kristine felt confident enough to cancel another vendor's quote, impressed by Ilia's technical knowledge and genuine interest.

Our Comprehensive Approach

Design Consultation: After the initial visit, we introduced Kristine to our interior designer, Edyd, who played a pivotal role in the project. She joined Kristine for tile shopping and assisted in selecting the ideal materials for the bathroom, including the shower wall, bench, and floor tiles.
Getting the Details Right: Or, our project manager, facilitated the logistics, ensuring Kristine had a clear material list. We calculated the exact amounts of materials, which alleviated Kristine's stress and helped streamline the procurement process.
Expert Craftsmanship: We assembled a team of skilled subcontractors, including Hector, the lead contractor, Alex, the master plumber, and Eric, the electrician. Their dedication to quality was evident as they worked diligently, maintaining a clean work environment and respecting Kristine's home with heavy-duty zippered plastic barriers to minimize dust.
Clear Communication: Throughout the project, Or kept Kristine informed, managing several change orders seamlessly, including adding new carpet throughout the house. Our proactive communication ensured that Kristine was never left in the dark.
Project Completion & Cleanup: The remodel wrapped up on schedule, and to ensure everything was perfect, we sent in a cleaning team to leave Kristine’s new bathroom spotless. We also held a closing meeting to review the project and ensure Kristine was entirely satisfied with the end result.

The Impressive Before & After

Kristine’s master bathroom had transformed from a dated space into a stunning sanctuary that perfectly reflects her style and functionality needs. The final product looked immaculate, showcasing a harmonious blend of modern design and practical features.
