The Challenge
Yu Yao reached out to us for a dryer vent cleaning service, which we were delighted to assist with. Initially, the service began with some miscommunication regarding pricing. Yu noted that while our advertised price for this service was $149, when our team arrived, they informed her that due to the configuration of their stacked dryer and washer, the new price would be $299.
Upon realizing this change, Yu decided to seek quotes from other companies and found a more competitive price of $199. However, we appreciate the opportunity to address customer concerns, and our team quickly adjusted the cost back to the original $149, ensuring that she felt valued and heard.
The Service Provided
Unfortunately, when the cleaning day arrived, Yu was not home during the service. There were some discrepancies in the cleaning completed while her husband was present. It appears that the service was completed only from the outside of the vent instead of the full service that includes cleaning both sides of the vent.
