Transforming a Home After Hail

At Cardinal Roofing & Exteriors, we take pride in our ability to bring new life to homes that have suffered from severe weather events. Recently, we had the opportunity to transform a home in Round Rock, TX, that had sustained significant hail damage during a storm. Our team's dedication to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction made this project a rewarding experience, and we are excited to share the results!

Understanding the Before

When our client, Madi Rawlins, reached out to us, she expressed her frustration over the hail damage that her entire neighborhood had suffered. After witnessing numerous roofing companies parade through her area, Madi noticed a property with stunning new roofing, which led her to knock on their door for a recommendation. We were thrilled that they referred her to us!

Madi's home required more than just a roof; it had also experienced serious water damage that needed immediate attention. Our team understood that Madi needed a partner who could communicate effectively and navigate the insurance process for her, so we stepped in to provide our expertise.

Our Transformation Process

Upon arriving at Madi's home, we quickly assessed the damage. We identified the problematic areas and discussed a comprehensive plan with her that included:

• Roof Repair: We provided a thorough inspection and analysis, working diligently with her insurance company to correct any discrepancies in the initial quote.
• Siding Replacement: The water damage at the back of the house warranted new siding and trim to ensure long-term durability.
• Installation of a New Back Door: To further improve the house's energy efficiency and aesthetic value, we also arranged for a new back door installation.

As the project progressed, our crew worked swiftly and professionally, ensuring that Madi was kept informed and involved throughout the process. We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean work environment, and Madi appreciated our efforts to keep her property tidy during the roofing and siding work.

The After Results

The day finally came when we completed the transformation. The new roof not only enhanced the overall curb appeal but also provided the protection Madi's home desperately needed.

Here's what Madi had to say about her experience:

"PERFECT experience from start to finish… I am beyond pleased with my choice. Curtis is wonderful and someone I would recommend wholeheartedly. Besides being the best at what he does, he is a great human that cares about other people. I’d give my money and business to Cardinal again and again!" --- Homeowner

Our work collectively transformed Madi's home, turning it from a house with visible damage into a stunning property that shines in the neighborhood. The attention to detail and commitment to quality displayed by our team resulted in a space that not only looks like new but also feels like home again.
