Before: An Electrical Emergency
Our client, Michael C., reached out to us when he discovered that one of his electrical circuits had lost power. Electrical problems can be both alarming and dangerous, especially when they involve melted wires, which can potentially lead to fires. Michael's concern was entirely justified, and he needed a trusted professional to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.
The Assessment and Solution
When our team arrived at Michael's home, we conducted a thorough inspection of the malfunctioning circuit. Our investigation revealed melted wires within an outlet, a clear fire hazard. Understanding the urgency of the situation, we immediately got to work.
- Identifying the Issue: We safely disconnected the faulty outlet, making sure to adhere to all safety protocols.
- Repairing the Damage: Our technicians replaced the damaged wiring, ensuring that it met all safety standards.
- Preventative Measures: Michael was not only interested in fixing the immediate problem but also wanted to upgrade his home's electrical system to prevent future incidents.
The Transformation: Upgrading for Safety and Efficiency
We took this opportunity to provide Michael with a comprehensive solution. Along with fixing the initial issue, we offered to install two new breaker panels and upgrade outlets throughout the house, enhancing both safety and functionality. Our team worked diligently to ensure that all installations were completed efficiently and to the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to quality service.
After: A Safe and Modern Home
The results of our work made a significant difference. After completing the repairs and upgrades, Michael felt a renewed sense of safety in his home. He was particularly pleased with the remarkable value we offered, especially with the added 10% military discount we provide.
Michael expressed his satisfaction in his review:
"Christian arrived at my home on time. One of my electrical circuits had no power. He found the problem, melted wires in one of the outlets. This could have caused a fire! Problem fixed. No charge for today’s work. However, I am getting two new breaker panels installed. Also new outlets for the entire house, all for a reasonable price which includes a 10% military discount. Christian is a personable professional and he’s an expert electrician. I recommend that you call him for your electrical needs." - Michael C. --- Homeowner
