Condo Upgrade: Electrical Mastery

At Citywide Electric, we take great pride in our work, especially when it comes to transforming a space with essential electrical upgrades. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a couple who had just purchased a condo that required immediate electrical attention.

The Challenge: An Outdated Electrical System

Our clients came to us needing a complete overhaul of their condo's electrical system. The existing electrical panel was outdated and in need of replacement, and the couple also wanted to upgrade all the light fixtures in key areas: the bathrooms, foyer, and exterior spaces. Additionally, they requested the installation of two new ceiling fans equipped with remote controls. With a vision for a modern and functional living space, they turned to us to make it happen.

Our Comprehensive Approach

From the moment we received the service request, our team sprang into action. The owner's swift and thorough communication was a priority; we scheduled a walkthrough and inspection of the condo to assess the specific electrical needs.

Once we had a clear understanding of the project, we provided a detailed written quote the same day. We emphasize fair and transparent pricing to ensure our clients know exactly what to expect, and this case was no different.

The Transformation Process

Here's how we accomplished the project:

1. Electrical Panel Replacement: We carefully replaced the outdated electrical panel with a new, modern unit, ensuring it met all safety standards and provided optimal performance.

2. Lighting Upgrades: We installed six new light fixtures throughout the condo, enhancing both function and style in each space. The upgrades included a mix of interior and exterior options, perfectly suited to the client’s aesthetic desires.

3. Ceiling Fan Installation: Our team replaced the existing ceiling fans with two stylish models equipped with remote controls for added convenience.

4. Additional Repairs: Alongside these major updates, we performed several other minor repairs, ensuring the entire electrical system was in top condition.

The entire project was completed efficiently within a day and a half, showcasing our team's dedication to timely and quality service.

"To sum it up: Isaac, the owner of Citywide Electric, is a Fair, Honest and Trustworthy individual. Easy to work with and clearly communicates all expectations and costs upfront, there were no surprises!" - Thank You! --- Homeowner
