John the technician (and his partner) provided an updated ETA when they were 40 mins out. They paid attention to our furniture when moving their equipment in and were pretty quick- in and out in an hour! John showed us photos of our HVAC system (before and after) and I appreciate his professionalism. They also take Zelle and Venmo with no additional charges (credit card gets addtl charges. Recently I had CleanFlowPros do two jobs for me; first, external chimney repairs and later, duct cleaning of the whole house, including new drier ducts. They did an excellent job on both projects. The team members I met had great attitudes, worked cheerfully in spite of my failing to lower the AC to a comfortable setting in time for it to properly kick in. (We caught it and re-set it.). I feel that they were professional and that they gave me good advice. I rated them 5 Stars.

You could tell they knew what they were doing and actually cared about the quality of their work. The house feels fresher already, and our dryer is working way better. Honestly, it’s hard to find companies that are this reliable — I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to others.

I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning with CleanFlow Pros for July 7, 2025, after receiving a written quote of $149 for the service. On the day of the appointment, the technician arrived and, before beginning the work, informed me that the cost would actually exceed $300 due to the duct length and the vent’s location in the attic. Since this was more than double the originally quoted price, I politely declined to proceed with the service. Unfortunately, before leaving, the technician failed to properly reposition and reconnect the washer and dryer after moving them during his initial inspection. Assuming everything had been returned to its original, working condition, we used the washer later that evening. To our dismay, the water hose had not been properly reconnected, resulting in significant flooding on our second floor. The water damaged the laundry area and seeped into the subflooring, affecting nearby bedrooms and bathrooms. I immediately contacted the company’s manager, who regrettably showed little concern and instead redirected me back to the technician. The technician denied any responsibility and was unwilling to offer any support or resolution. I am now in the process of working with a water damage restoration specialist, including addressing concerns about potential mold growth in my home. While I understand not every situation ends perfectly, the lack of accountability, customer care, and ethical responsibility from CleanFlow Pros in this matter is deeply disappointing. What concerns me most is their response, not just the oversight, but the unwillingness to own it and show effort in finding a mutual resolution. CleanFlow Pros claim to be a company that provides “a trusted partner in home care.” Unfortunately, in my experience, this promise was not upheld. I’m sharing my story not out of malice, but in hopes of informing others. This incident has been both costly and stressful, and I would urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution.
