My tenant had an AC emergency and given how hot it is in the summer we needed someone to assess and repair right away. Chris from Comfort came out within a short time and gave a very thorough assessment. I was able to conduct everything over the phone with him. He is friendly and professional. Replaced the old system with a new one the next day and showed me pictures before and after with more explanation when the job was done. The issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

They responded within a couple hours, which was very reassuring when my apt reached 87 degrees inside. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I have an old unit that uses old tech. My issue was a failed capacitor and some other maintenance issues that he quickly identified, and clearly explained my options for repairs vs replacement. After paying a total that seems standard enough, my system was fixed within 24 hrs and is now operating better than before, which exceeded my expectations. When it comes time to replace my system I will highly likely reach out to this company again.
