Transforming Sewer Lines with Care

At Complete Pro Solutions, we take pride in delivering exceptional septic system services tailored to our clients' specific needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a homeowner who reached out for a free estimate on installing a new sewer line. This was an important project that required our skilled team's expertise to ensure the best outcome.

The Challenge: Understanding the Problem

When our client, Cj W., contacted us, they were dealing with a complex situation concerning their sewer lines. Their home needed a thorough investigation to determine the best approach for installation without compromising the integrity of their property. There were concerns about whether to trench new lines, which could potentially damage their foundation and interior flooring, or to utilize existing lines despite any issues.

Cj W. appreciated our proactive approach and the meticulous attention we gave to their needs, especially given the challenging weather conditions caused by Tropical Hermine.

Our Process: Thorough Evaluation

To provide the best recommendations, our team of three skilled professionals arrived equipped with advanced technology, including cameras that could be sent through the lines. This allowed us to accurately assess the situation and explore the individual sink-to-toilet flows leading to the sewer line.

By discussing the options available, we ensured that the homeowner was informed about the implications of each choice:

• Trenching: While it could provide a comprehensive solution, it posed risks to the foundation and interior floors.
• Utilizing Existing Lines: This option could avoid significant damage to landscaping and driveways, but required careful assessment to ensure effectiveness.

Our committed team spent over an hour discussing these options, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, even in the drizzle!

The Results: A Happy Customer

Ultimately, Cj W. was incredibly satisfied with our service. Their feedback highlighted our professionalism and hands-on approach, stating:

“I felt I got their best experienced plumbing team. Very hands-on...friendly...and free! I am going to use this company for my replacement sewer lines. I like their attitudes on this expensive procedure.” --- Homeowner

Cj chose to proceed with our recommendation for the sewer line replacement, demonstrating their trust in our expertise. We believe in treating every project with care and respect, just as we would our own homes.
