Comfort Redefined: AC Upgrade Success

At CoolPros Heating & Air, we take pride in providing top-notch HVAC solutions to our clients in Orange County and beyond. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a homeowner in Yorba Linda who was seeking to upgrade their old air conditioning system to enhance their home comfort. The transformation of their space exemplifies our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The Challenge: Outdated Air Conditioning

When we received a referral from a trusted contractor, Thomas Mulhearn from American Plumbing Guild, it felt like the perfect opportunity to showcase our expertise. Our client, Lorgio Zender, reached out to us due to dissatisfaction with their existing air conditioning setup. The old system was struggling to cool the home efficiently, leading to discomfort during the hot summer months.

During our first interaction, Lorgio shared his concerns about the system's reliability and efficiency. After assessing the situation, we immediately knew we could provide a better solution.

Our Solution: A Seamless Upgrade

To begin the transformation, we dispatched one of our best technicians, Riley Hanson, to evaluate the current system. With his keen eye for detail and vast knowledge, Riley conducted a thorough diagnostic and presented Lorgio with a clear, straightforward assessment.

One of the key components of our approach was finding a smart, economic solution that would not only improve cooling efficiency but also provide long-lasting reliability for many summers to come. After discussing various options with Lorgio, we settled on a new, high-performance condenser air conditioning system.

With the decision firmly in place, our skilled crew members, Rene, Ulysses, and Kelvin, arrived on-site on June 24. They came fully prepared to install the brand-new AC Pro condenser unit, a 4-ton model known for its efficiency and durability.

Installation Day Highlights:

1. Expert Attitude: Our team's professionalism was evident as they quickly set up the new system.
2. Maximizing Efficiency: They expertly tuned the unit and coil to ensure optimal performance.
3. Thorough Testing: After installation, the system passed all tests with flying colors, reassuring Lorgio of its capability.

The Results: A Satisfied Customer

Upon completion of the project, Lorgio expressed immense satisfaction with the results.

“Every one of them showed expertise and ample knowledge... What else can I say? I totally recommend CoolPros to everyone I know now and very likely in the future.” - Lorgio Zender, Yorba Linda, CA --- Homeowner
