Transforming Air Quality Today!

At Donald Duct & Steam Cleaning, we believe that a comfortable home starts with clean air. Recently, we had an opportunity to work on a project that perfectly illustrates our dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction.

The Challenge: Old and Inefficient Air Ducts

In early August, we received a call from Asher Lenga, who was concerned about their aging central A/C and heating system. With suspected leaks in the ductwork, Asher needed a thorough inspection to assess the situation. Upon arrival, our friendly staff quickly scheduled an appointment, understanding how crucial it is to deliver prompt service.

Our technician discovered severe leaks and mold caused by condensation in the ducts, which had been around for 40 to 50 years. The evidence was clear, and it was evident that a full replacement of the ductwork was necessary to restore air quality and system efficiency.

“The installation crew was knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They wasted no time.” - Asher Lenga --- Homeowner

Our Solution: Comprehensive Duct Replacement

After discussing the findings with Asher, we provided a competitive quote for replacing all the ductwork in the attic. With the green light given, our dedicated team immediately set to work.

Key Steps We Took:

1. Removal of Old Ducts: Our crew expertly removed all old metal ductwork, ensuring no damage occurred to the walls or structure.
2. High-Quality Materials: We pride ourselves on using top-grade materials, which was evident in the new duct system we installed.
3. Thorough Cleanup: Maintaining a clean work environment is a priority for us. We laid down drop cloths throughout the hallway to protect floors and cleaned up all debris from both the attic and the interior of the home once the installation was completed.

Asher was delighted with our team's efficiency and attention to detail, remarking on how careful we were while working in their home.

The Result: Improved Air Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Once the new ducts were installed and all old materials were removed, Asher could immediately notice the difference. With leaks eliminated, the A/C system now provided clean air throughout their home without any hindrance.

“We are very happy with the service we experienced and our new, fresh A/C ducts carrying clean air throughout our house, now with no leaks!” - Asher Lenga --- Homeowner
