Old Home Duct Replacement Success

At Eco Air Heating & Cooling, we often encounter unique challenges that push us to showcase our expertise. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a wonderful client in Oregon City with a duct replacement that turned out to be a successful transformation.

Understanding the Client's Needs

The homeowner had undertaken a substantial remodeling project, which included the removal of an extensive stretch of old metal ductwork. Unfortunately, they quickly realized that re-installing the original ducts wasn't feasible. Understanding the complexity of the situation, the client turned to us for help, knowing that duct work is not just any DIY task. They needed a professional solution to ensure their heating system would function effectively again.

The Transformation Process

Our team sprang into action. After the client reached out, we were able to schedule a visit for a quote the very next day. We assessed the existing situation and discussed the best options for replacing the old ductwork. We provided a fair quote, carefully checking current market prices for the necessary custom metal ducts, ensuring transparency and confidence in our pricing.

Here’s how we approached the project:

1. Assessment: Our seasoned technicians reviewed the old duct system and noted the specific requirements for the new installation.

2. Custom Fabrication: Given the vintage nature of the home, we custom-crafted metal ducts that were perfect for the space’s layout.

3. Installation: Our team scheduled the installation a few days later. We arrived on time, ready to get straight to work.

4. Precision Work: We carried out the installation with precision, making sure every duct was secure, properly aligned, and optimally positioned to facilitate the best airflow.

5. Clean-up: After completing the installation, we meticulously cleaned up the workspace, leaving it as tidy as we found it.

The final result? The client’s home was once again a comfortable sanctuary, equipped with efficient and reliable heating.

“Did a great job, short notice, replacing some metal duct in an old home. Eco Air Heating & Cooling came up online and gave a fair quote after checking the latest prices for the custom metal. They came on time, got precise work done fast but not too fast, cleaned up, and we got our heat back. More than happy to review them here so others know they're great!” — Past Customer --- Homeowner
