Charging Ahead: Wall Connector Upgrade

At Electric Wizards, we embrace the joys and challenges of every project we take on. Recently, we had the opportunity to transform Roberto Roman's garage in Hialeah, FL. He reached out to us with an important request: to install a high-power wall connector for his new electric car.

Understanding the Challenge

Roberto needed an efficient and reliable charging solution for his electric vehicle, something that fit seamlessly into his home’s electrical setup. After scouting a few options from local businesses, it was clear that Roberto wanted more than just a simple installation; he was looking for a trustworthy partner who would provide quality work along with sound advice. That's where we came in!

Our Solution

Upon our first consultation, we took the time to understand Roberto’s specific needs and preferences. He expressed interest in not only the wall charger but also in installing several additional convenience outlets in his garage. Flexibility and affordability were key for him, and we were more than happy to accommodate these requests.

Our team proposed a tailored plan that included:

• Installation of a high-power wall connector, specifically designed for rapid electric vehicle charging.
• Additional garage outlets to enhance functionality and convenience, accommodating Roberto’s future needs.

We addressed every concern Roberto had, ensuring he felt confident in our approach. Our commitment to transparency and quality is always at the forefront, ensuring that our clients never feel overwhelmed or pressured—just well-informed.

The Transformation

When our team arrived for the installation, we maintained a solid focus on safety and efficiency. We utilized high-quality materials and adhered strictly to safety guidelines. Our electricians worked diligently to ensure the installations were done without any interruptions to Roberto's daily routine.

Once the job was completed, the impact was immediate and satisfying. The wall charger fit perfectly into Roberto's garage, and the new outlets provided the additional usability he had been missing.

The Aftermath: Roberto's Feedback

We were thrilled to receive the following feedback from Roberto:

"I recently bought an electric car and needed a high power wall connector installed to charge it. I got a few estimates from local businesses including Miami Electric Wizards. There’s something to be said about family-owned businesses. You can tell when they take pride in what they do and Carlos and his crew really do love what they do and it shows! They were professional, transparent, and the quality of their work was awesome to say the least! I’m glad I went with them." --- Homeowner

He continued, “In addition to the home charger, there were a few convenience outlets I wanted installed in the garage. Not a necessity but nice to have so I asked for estimates from the business I contacted. Carlos provided an affordable solution I couldn’t pass up and they didn’t disappoint. I now have a wall charger, and a few extra outlets in the garage. Life is good!”

His satisfaction speaks volumes about our commitment to quality and customer service.
