Transform Your Comfort with Excel Air

At Excel Air, we truly understand how vital it is to have a reliable air conditioning system, especially during the sweltering Texas summers. When we received a call from PM Mitt, a seasoned professional from the oil industry, it was clear that our assistance was needed urgently. On that sizzling Friday afternoon, PM Mitt and his family faced the discomfort of a sudden A/C failure amidst a heat wave, prompting them to search for a quality contractor who could deliver both performance and value.

The Challenge: A Sudden A/C Failure

PM Mitt had been through the wringer after meeting with several A/C contractors who, unfortunately, did not meet his high standards for quality and service. With years of experience building major systems in the oil industry, he was discerning and unwilling to settle for anything less than excellence. After being left unsatisfied with his options, he turned to ThumbTack and found us—Excel Air.

Our Solution: Quick Response and Quality Service

Upon contacting us, PM Mitt spoke with our representative, Mauricio, who quickly arranged for our best technician, Lalo Luna, to visit the same day. Within just three hours of that initial call, Lalo arrived, ready to assess the situation and present tailored solutions to their specific needs.

Lalo's consultation impressed PM Mitt, as he offered a comprehensive proposal that addressed every detail of the A/C installation. He discussed the various options available in terms of efficiency and performance, ensuring that PM Mitt felt confident in his choice of setup.

The Transformation: A New A/C Installation

Our team's installation process went smoothly, thanks to the hard work of our talented crew members, Nate and Moises. They worked diligently to ensure that the new A/C unit was installed correctly and met all of our customer’s requirements.
