Transforming Comfort: A/C Replacement

At Excel Air Conditioning, we understand the urgency that comes with a failing air conditioning unit, especially during the scorching summer months in Houston, Texas. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a customer, PM Mitt, who faced such a challenge.

The Challenge: A Sudden A/C Breakdown

Last July, PM Mitt found himself in a precarious situation—his A/C had failed amidst a brutal heatwave. With temperatures soaring, it was paramount to find a reliable HVAC contractor quickly. After searching for options and feeling dissatisfied with the candidates he encountered, he felt he was running out of time and choices.

That’s when he discovered us through Thumbtack. He reached out for help, and we were eager to step in and provide a solution.

Our Approach: Swift Action and Quality Service

Upon receiving PM Mitt's call, we acted swiftly. Within just three hours, our skilled technician, Lalo Luna, was on-site to assess the situation. Lalo conducted a detailed discussion with PM Mitt to understand his concerns and needs better. From the outset, it was clear that this customer was looking for a combination of quality, performance, and price.

Lalo provided a comprehensive proposal that not only met but exceeded our client’s expectations. Our commitment to quality ensured we recommended a suitable A/C unit that would stand the test of time, especially given PM Mitt’s background in the Oil Industry, where he had extensive experience with high-performance systems.

The Installation Process

On the day of installation, our team, consisting of Lalo, Nate, and Moises, went above and beyond to ensure everything was executed flawlessly. They worked diligently, paying attention to every detail to meet PM Mitt's specific requirements.

Our crew installed the new A/C unit efficiently and professionally, ensuring that our client's home was back to being a comfortable oasis amidst the Texas heat.

“The A/C unit was installed as contracted. Lalo’s crew performed beyond their call of duty to meet our requirements. Bottom line: Excel Air is the premier A/C contractor in Texas.” — PM Mitt --- Homeowner

The Result: A Cool and Comfortable Home

The transformation was remarkable. With the new air conditioning unit in place, PM Mitt’s home became a cool, comfortable retreat once again. Our team received high praise for their professionalism and commitment to quality, which reaffirmed our mission at Excel Air Conditioning—providing dependable HVAC services to ensure comfort for our clients all year round.
