Transforming a Tankless Water Heater

At EZG Services, we take immense pride in helping our clients improve their homes with our expert plumbing services. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Jeffrey E., who reached out to us with a pressing issue regarding his tankless water heater.

Understanding the Challenge

Jeffrey had bravely installed his own tankless water heater back in 2006. While the system served its purpose over the years, it had become less functional and visually unappealing due to an unsightly assembly of plumbing connections and fittings. Moreover, as it began breaking down, Jeffrey knew it was time for a complete refresh to ensure not only aesthetics but also safety and compliance with building codes.

Recognizing the need for professional assistance, Jeffrey contacted our team for a solution.

Our Approach

Upon receiving Jeffrey's call, we promptly scheduled a visit to assess the situation. Our seasoned professionals, Tyler and Juan, arrived ready to tackle the task at hand. During the initial consultation, we carefully scoped out the existing setup, identifying not just the immediate fixes necessary but also recommending improvements that would bring the installation up to code.

The Process

1. Assessment and Planning: After evaluating the current unit and connections, we created a detailed plan outlining the necessary steps for installation.
2. Expert Installation: Tyler and Juan executed the job with precision. They removed the old unit and replaced it with a modern, efficient tankless water heater, ensuring all new plumbing connections were secure and up to code.
3. Quality Checks: After installation, we performed comprehensive testing to ensure the new system operated flawlessly and met all safety standards.

Throughout the process, our team maintained a friendly and professional attitude—even in the sweltering heat!

The Results

The transformation was nothing short of remarkable. Jeffrey’s tankless water heater now not only functions excellently but also has a clean and organized appearance. The efficiency improvements from the upgrade will lead to long-term energy savings, enhancing the comfort of his home.

“The work was exactly as described, no surprises and they were efficient but very thorough. I could not be happier with the results.”
— Jeffrey E. --- Homeowner
