Understanding the Client's Needs

When Frank Ghadooshahy first contacted us, he had the daunting task of remodeling his condo while complying with the specific requirements set forth by the homeowners' association (HOA). Frank needed a reliable team that could navigate the complexities of these guidelines while delivering quality and aesthetic improvements to his space.

The Transformation Process

Detailed Planning

Our project began with a comprehensive consultation where we outlined a detailed scope of work alongside a transparent contract, complete with our contractor’s license and insurance information. This initial step was crucial as it established trust and set clear expectations for Frank and his family.

Timely Execution

With renovations embarked upon, our crew, including lead technician Jose and Briton, worked diligently to ensure that the project stayed on track. One of the key features of this project was maintaining effective communication, allowing us to promptly address any unforeseen needs. During the remodel, additional upgrades for appliance installation surfaced. In response, we presented a fair change order, which Frank appreciated and which helped keep the project moving smoothly without delays.

Quality Craftsmanship

Our team focused on delivering high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring that every detail was executed to perfection. From drywall installations to crown molding, each aspect of the condo received our meticulous attention.
