Master Bathroom Transformation Success

At C&L Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality renovation and construction services to our clients. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Marc M. on a significant project: transforming a non-functional master bathroom in his brand new home into a luxurious oasis.

Before: A Major Challenge

When Marc approached us, he described the original master's bathroom installed by the builders as problematic—it simply did not function as intended. Issues such as improper drainage and incorrect sloping meant that the entire bathroom had to be reconstructed from scratch, including all aspects of tilework, plumbing, waterproofing, and more. It was clear that Marc deserved more than the subpar installation he initially received.

Our Approach: Comprehensive Overhaul

Understanding the challenges ahead, our team was eager to get started.

1. Initial Assessment: We conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing space to identify all issues created by the original construction.
2. Planning: Eli, one of our owners, ensured transparency from the beginning with a promise of no change orders during the project, which is often a concern in renovations.
3. Execution: With a skilled crew led by us—Oren and Eli—we tackled the project head-on. This included:
   • Demolition of the Old Bathroom: We carefully removed all faulty components that could not be salvaged.
   • New Plumbing and Waterproofing: We installed a completely new plumbing system with proper drainage and slope design.
   • Quality Materials: Throughout the process, we sourced and utilized only the best materials to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.

Our team faced unexpected challenges due to the poor quality of the original work, but we resolved these issues promptly, often out of pocket to maintain our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

After: An Incredible Transformation

After just two months of dedicated work, we unveiled a master bathroom that exceeded all expectations.

“Every single person who has seen it in person has said ‘Wow.’ It looks incredible. I don't think the picture does it justice,” Marc shared after seeing the completed space. --- Homeowner

The meticulous attention we paid throughout the process was evident in the final outcome. The bathroom now features:

• Elegant new tile flooring
• Updated fixtures and fittings
• A fresh layout that maximizes both space and functionality

Marc expressed his gratitude, stating it was the best hiring decision he had made in a while and reiterating his trust in our services. He mentioned how he would recommend C&L Construction to family and friends without hesitation, emphasizing our strong customer service and high-quality work.

Conclusion: Partnering for Success

Transforming Marc's master bathroom not only enhanced his home but solidified our commitment to exceptional service. As a general contractor, we understand that the renovation journey can be stressful, which is why we strive to ensure our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.

We are thrilled with what we accomplished for Marc and look forward to being a part of his future projects as he expands his property portfolio.
