Transforming Spaces with Carpet
At Floor Coverings International Chapel Hill, we believe that every corner of your home deserves to reflect your style and meet your practical needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Patricia Rodriguez, who wanted to enhance her staircase with a new carpet runner that was not only functional but also complemented her existing decor.
Before: Identifying the Challenge
When Patricia contacted us, she expressed her uncertainties about finding the perfect carpet for her staircase. She had specific style preferences and needed a carpet that could withstand daily foot traffic while looking elegant. Understanding the importance of this investment, she was apprehensive about making the right choice. Thankfully, our dedicated representative, Nate T., was ready to assist.
Our Transformative Process
Nate arrived at Patricia's home equipped with an extensive collection of carpet samples. He took the time to assess Patricia's style and preferences, ensuring that he understood her vision. Based on this conversation, he scheduled a follow-up consultation where he brought even more tailored samples for Patricia to consider.
Nate made an effort to provide a varied selection of swatches, allowing Patricia to see how different options would look in various lighting conditions. This personalized approach helped alleviate her concerns and made the process of selecting the perfect carpet much more enjoyable.
Once the ideal carpet was chosen, our skilled installation team sprang into action. They arrived on schedule, ready to bring Patricia's vision to life. Not only did they install the runner with precision, but they also ensured that any necessary modifications to molding and adjustments related to the previous runner were expertly handled.
After: A Stunning Result
The end result was a beautifully installed carpet runner that perfectly matched Patricia's decor and met her functional needs. The transformation was more than just aesthetic; that's what we pride ourselves on at Floor Coverings International Chapel Hill — true customer satisfaction.
Patricia couldn't be happier with the outcome, commenting:
“Installation happened within 2 weeks, the team was friendly, on time, tidy, and professional—even going so far as to modify molding and other strange layment associated with the previous runner. It looks perfect! I appreciate the patience and service we got from Nate and KWL Carpets.” --- Homeowner
