Transforming Commercial Spaces!

At Florida Handyman, we take great pride in delivering exceptional results that transform spaces and exceed our clients' expectations. Recently, we had the opportunity to work on a significant remodeling project for a local business, and the outcome has left both us and our client thrilled!

The Challenge

Our client, Candace Hartley, reached out to us needing extensive remodeling services at her local business. The project involved gutting two commercial bathrooms, as well as updating an office and conference room. This was no small task, and she had specific visions in mind to revitalize her workspace.

With the tight deadline and the need for quick solutions, the pressure was on. Candace and her team sought our expertise for a reliable and efficient remodeling contractor who could bring their ideas to life—especially since they were working with existing plumbing and structural constraints!

Our Solution

When Candace contacted us, we responded promptly within two days to discuss her needs. During our initial consultation, we took the time to listen to her ideas, providing valuable recommendations that improved their original plans significantly. After thorough collaboration, we provided a detailed quote just a couple of days later. Our pricing was competitive and reflective of the extensive work planned.

Project Execution

Within a week, we completed both bathrooms! Managing the project in two phases allowed us to accommodate the client's operations smoothly. Our team tackled unexpected plumbing issues with expertise and made swift repairs to keep the project on schedule.

We utilized modern materials and designs to ensure the aesthetics aligned with the client's vision. Key aspects of our work included:

• Stunning Flooring: We selected flooring that is not only visually appealing but durable enough for high traffic areas.
• Modern Fixtures: We curated a selection of modern fixtures that elevated the look of both bathrooms and the office.
• Attention to Detail: Our meticulous approach ensured every corner and finish was clean and polished.
