Transforming Spaces: A TV Mounting & Shelf Installation Success

At Hang Level – Home Services, we take pride in our dedication to customer satisfaction and high-quality handiwork. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Mary J., who reached out to us looking for assistance with a couple of home improvement tasks: mounting her television and installing a shelf.

The Challenge: An Overwhelming To-Do List

Mary was feeling overwhelmed with her growing list of home projects, particularly with regards to where and how to mount her new TV and the best place for her shelf. Unsure of the proper anchoring methods or the right tools to use, she needed a reliable handyman who could get the job done professionally and efficiently. After coming across our profile on Thumbtack, Mary contacted us, and we were thrilled to jump in and help her check these items off her list.

Our Solution: Prompt and Professional Service

After receiving Mary’s inquiry, our team quickly set up an appointment for the following day. Upon arrival, we discussed her vision for the TV placement and shelf installation. We made sure to carry out detailed measurements to ensure everything was aligned perfectly.

What We Did:

• Purchased Materials: We took the initiative to buy the necessary mounting supplies and the shelf, finding them at a price more reasonable than what Mary had encountered.
• TV Mounting: Using our expertise, we securely mounted the television, ensuring it was both aesthetically pleasing and practical for use.
• Shelf Installation: We installed the shelf with proper anchoring, ensuring it would safely hold Mary’s items without risk of fall.

Throughout the process, we maintained a clean work environment, taking care to leave the space as spotless as we found it. Our team's professionalism shone through; we made sure to communicate openly with Mary, providing her with insights and tips for maintaining her new installations.

The Results: A Happy Customer

Mary was delighted with the completed work! Here’s what she had to say:

"I contacted Josh through Thumbtack and he responded almost immediately. We set up an appointment for the following day to mount a television and I had a shelf that needed hanging. He purchased the amount for me at a more reasonable price than I had found. He arrived on time, hung my shelf, and mounted my TV. Everything was clean when he left. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use him again for anything I needed hung or installed. If you want to check something off your to-do list, you want it done well by someone who is friendly and professional; this is the person to use." - Mary J. --- Homeowner
