Transforming Living Spaces with TV Mounting

At Hang Level – Home Services, we take pride in delivering exceptional handyman solutions since 2015, focusing on high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Ross A., who needed our help with mounting several TVs in his home.

The Before: Challenges with TV Mounting

Initially, Ross reached out to us because he was looking for a reliable expert to handle the mounting of four televisions. He had previously attempted to mount a TV himself but quickly realized that it took more than just simple tools to achieve a professional finish. Concerned about the safety and aesthetics of hanging his TVs, he wanted to ensure that they were properly installed and securely mounted.

Ross needed someone who could not only perform the installations quickly but also ensure meticulous attention to detail, given his own fastidious nature. This is where our team stepped in!

The Transformation: Our Solution

Understanding Ross's requirements, our technician, Josh, got to work. The entire process involved:

1. Consultation: We discussed optimal TV placements based on Ross's living space and viewing preferences.
2. Preparation: Our team arrived with all necessary tools, mounting hardware, and most importantly, a plan.
3. Installation: Josh meticulously mounted each TV, ensuring stability and precision for every setup. He double-checked the level and alignment to meet Ross's high standards.

One notable instance occurred when Ross had an issue with a TV that needed to be returned after installation. Josh went above and beyond, handling the dismount and remounting of a different TV, demonstrating his exceptional customer service.

The After: A Satisfied Customer

Upon completion, Ross was thrilled with the results. He noted Josh's punctuality and professionalism throughout the entire process:

"I've worked with Josh on a few jobs and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's installed four TV's for me and did a great job on every one of them. A consummate professional, Josh is detail-oriented, fast, and was a pleasure to work with - producing excellent results - and I'm fastidious!" --- Homeowner

With well-mounted TVs that enhanced the aesthetics of Ross's home and ensured safety, we felt proud knowing we met his expectations.
