Expert TV Mount Reinstallation

At Kaminskiy Care and Repair, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch handyman services to homeowners in Hillsboro, OR. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a client, Jesse G., with a task that required our expertise in TV mount installation. Jesse's review highlighted the thoroughness and efficiency of our work, and we’re excited to share more about this successful project.

The Challenge

When Jesse initially reached out to us, they had a couple of issues surrounding the installation of their flat panel TV. It turned out that there had been some confusion with the mounting process, leading to uncertainty about whether the original company had done everything correctly. The TV mount remained attached to the television when the wall-mounted bracket needed to be affixed securely to guarantee safety and proper alignment.

Jesse requested our help to either remove the TV safely or reinstall the mounting bracket back onto the wall. They needed someone reliable who could clarify the mounting situation and ensure that their TV was secure. We understood how crucial it was for Jesse to have peace of mind regarding the safety and functionality of their entertainment setup.

Our Approach

Our experienced team promptly scheduled a visit to Jesse's home. Upon arrival, we conducted a thorough assessment of the existing setup. It was clear we needed to carefully detach the TV from its mount and re-evaluate how the bracket was affixed to the wall.

During the process, we used quality tools and materials to ensure that the installations were sturdy and safe. Our focus on meticulous standards allowed us to rectify any prior mistakes made during the initial installation. We thoroughly tested the mount to ensure everything was secure before leaving the site.

The Results

Once we completed the adjustments, we stepped back to admire our work. Jesse's TV was not only re-secured; it was also ensured that it could withstand any accidental bumps or pulls. We took extra care in ensuring that they were fully satisfied with our service, and the results spoke volumes.

Jesse later reflected on their experience with us, stating:

“I believe this was the company I hired to take my flat panel TV off of the wall. But there is a chance it was the company I hired to put the TV mount back on the wall...I did make an error, but one way or another they did make it right. I believe this company put the part of the mount attached to the TV back on the wall part because the initial company left it on the TV. I hope this is accurate...it has been a couple of months since I had it done. I do remember the price was fair and quickly completed.” --- Homeowner

Jesse’s appreciation of our prompt and fair service truly reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
