Storm Door Upgrade: Hassle-Free Installation
At Kaminskiy Care and Repair, we take pride in our ability to tackle home improvements that make life easier and more comfortable for our clients. Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a local homeowner in Hillsboro, who was in dire need of replacing two old storm doors. They contacted us with a clear vision, expecting a smooth process and quality workmanship.
Understanding the Challenge
The homeowner reached out to us on a Thursday, expressing their frustrations with the old storm doors that were not only unsightly but also ineffective. They needed someone who could swiftly remove the outdated doors and install new ones without any hassle. Communication was key for them, and they were looking for a reliable service provider who could deliver on time with a seamless process.
Our Response and Preparation
Our team promptly responded to their inquiry. We requested some pictures to assess the situation better and provide an accurate quote. Within minutes, we supplied a reasonable estimate for the project, which the homeowner happily accepted. We then scheduled the installation for the following Monday morning, ensuring the timeline fit their needs perfectly.
The Transformation Process
On installation day, our skilled installer, Osvaldo, arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. His first task was to carefully remove the old doors, ensuring no damage was inflicted on the surrounding area. There was even some concern about dry rot at the bottom of the frame, which Osvaldo addressed by splicing in new brick molding trim—demonstrating our commitment to quality and attention to detail.
He expertly installed the new storm doors, fitted the hardware, and adjusted the closing piston to the perfect tension. The transformation was impressive, breathing new life into the entryway while enhancing the home's functionality.
“What was most amazing about this experience was the ease of doing business with this company and the professional communication!” – T W. --- Homeowner
The Stunning Results
Once the installation was complete, the homeowner was thrilled! Not only did their new doors look fantastic, but they also offered improved insulation and energy efficiency. Our team was pleased to provide a hassle-free experience, proving that home improvements could be both pleasant and efficient.
