Transforming Bay Area Exteriors

At MZ Painting, we take great pride in delivering outstanding results for our clients, and this recent project in the Bay Area is no exception. When we were contacted by Bron L., the homeowner expressed concerns about the state of their exterior walls. Having survived years without a fresh coat of paint, these two 30-foot walls were in dire need of attention. The customer had seen work from other companies in the area that hadn’t held up well, leading to peeling paint within just a year. They were not about to settle for anything but the best!

Before: A Wearied Exterior

Bron reached out to us looking for a reliable solution. The previous experience with subpar painting left them hesitant about what would last. Our initial assessment revealed the walls required significant preparation work, including scraping off old paint and preparing the surfaces properly before any new paint could be applied.

Our team immediately understood that we had to demonstrate our commitment to quality and longevity to earn their trust. We described in detail our meticulous work process, which includes:

1. Thorough Prep Work: Removing old, peeling paint and ensuring surfaces were smooth.
2. Application of Primer: Using a high-quality primer to create a solid base.
3. Chalking: Sealing any gaps to ensure a tight and lasting finish.
4. Two Top Coats: Applying two layers of premium paint for durability and aesthetic appeal.

Bron was intrigued by our approach, particularly our use of the color “Natural Choice” — a clean, light-reflecting white which they felt would brighten up their exterior beautifully.

The Transformation Process

With everything in place, our skilled team of four set to work over a span of 14 hours. We tackled the project with precision, ensuring every step of our process highlighted our commitment to quality craftsmanship. We took care to maintain a clean work environment, always being considerate of the homeowner’s property and surroundings.

As the project progressed, it was clear that the transformation was taking shape. The walls, once neglected and lifeless, began to radiate a fresh and inviting look.

After: An Impressive Result

Upon completion, the results were stunning! Bron expressed their satisfaction perfectly:

“Had MZ painting quote to do another job, this time external... Four guys and 14 hours later it was finished. It's made such a difference. Loving it.” --- Homeowner

Seeing the impressive change made by our hard work was incredibly gratifying for our team. The new exterior not only enhanced the home’s curb appeal but also ensured that the investment would stand the test of time.
