Transforming Yards with Quality Care

At Phoenix Landscape LLC, we believe that every yard has the potential to become a stunning outdoor space that our clients can enjoy. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Tim C. in Salem, OR, who was looking to renovate his front and backyard with new sod.

Before the Transformation

When Tim first reached out to us, he had originally anticipated taking on the project himself. However, he quickly realized that the task was beyond his expertise. We understand that home renovation can be overwhelming, and that’s why we’re here to help! Tim sought out our services because he wanted a professional touch to ensure a beautiful and functional lawn.

Upon contacting us, Tim was pleased to find that we were quick to respond with a transparent quote and were flexible with scheduling a time for consultation. Our team’s approach to providing a fair and comprehensive estimate without being pushy is part of what sets us apart in the landscaping industry.

The Transformation Process

After Tim accepted our proposal, we ensured he was well-prepared for the installation day. Effective communication is key for us, so we provided detailed instructions and checked in with him multiple times to keep him in the loop. On the day of installation, our friendly crew arrived, ready to tackle the project.

Preparation: We carefully removed the existing lawn to make way for the new sod, ensuring minimal disruption to Tim's patio and driveway.
Installation: The installation process went smoothly, with our team laying down fresh, high-quality sod that would thrive in Tim’s yard.

One of the challenges we faced was a minor hiccup at the end of the installation. However, thanks to our team's quick responsiveness, we rectified the situation in no time, ensuring Tim was completely satisfied with the outcome.

The After Results

The results were nothing short of stunning! The new sod transformed Tim’s yard into a vibrant and lush space that quickly drew the admiration of his neighbors. Tim's excitement was evident as he shared his feedback with us, stating:

“I am beyond happy with my project and how it turned out. Look at it and ask where I got it done. I will be recommending Earthborne to everyone at my work who has followed me through this process as well as all my neighbors, family and friends as this was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had as a homeowner.” --- Homeowner

At Phoenix Landscape LLC, we take pride in leaving a job site immaculate. After completing this project, there was hardly any indication that we had removed the existing yard, thanks to our meticulous cleanup process.

Conclusion

This landscaping project was a rewarding experience for our team, and we are thrilled to have provided Tim with a yard that exceeds his expectations. If you're considering a lawn upgrade or any landscaping needs, our dedicated team at Phoenix Landscape LLC is ready to bring your outdoor vision to life.
