Exceptional A/C Installation in Baldwin Park

At Piggies Air Conditioning, we take immense pride in delivering reliable HVAC services that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a wonderful client, Ricki Hodgson, who needed a new air conditioning unit for their newly purchased home in Baldwin Park.

The Challenge: Finding the Right A/C Unit

When Ricki first reached out, they were considering an older model for their A/C unit, which seemed to be the most accessible option. However, upon further inspection, our team, led by our owner Ruben, noticed that this particular model was not in production anymore.

Ricki was understandably concerned about both the cost and the delay associated with sourcing this older unit. We sensed the urgency and financial constraints of buying a new home, so we presented a high-end alternative that would not only satisfy their cooling needs but also enhance the home's efficiency.

The Installation Process

Once Ricki decided to move forward with our recommendation, we got to work promptly. Our experienced technicians arrived on-site equipped with the latest tools and technology.

Here’s a quick overview of our installation process:

1. Assessment: We began by assessing the home's layout to ensure optimal placement of the new A/C unit.
2. Old Unit Removal: Safely removing the outdated or non-functional units is crucial for the installation of new systems.
3. Installation: Using high-quality materials, we expertly installed the new A/C unit, ensuring it was calibrated perfectly for Ricki's specific needs.
4. Vent Installation: Ricki's contractor failed to finish installing two air vents, and recognizing the situation, Ruben offered to complete that work free of charge, understanding the financial challenges associated with moving into a new home.

The Results: Comfort and Satisfaction

The transformation was immediate and impactful! Ricki was thrilled with the newly installed high-end A/C unit, noting how well it maintained the necessary comfort level throughout the home. Additionally, they appreciated our willingness to enhance their setup without any hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Ricki shared their experience with us, stating:

"I gotta give Piggies Air Conditioning a 10 star review! They did an awesome job putting up a brand new AC unit in my new house. Not only did Ruben keep my budget in mind, but he also went above and beyond by finishing the air vents at no extra charge. Who does that these days? You have a lifetime customer here!" --- Homeowner
