Transforming a Toilet Installation

At Plumb Rite Services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional plumbing solutions tailored to our customers' unique needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Tamsen B., who reached out to us with a specific request to replace an outdated toilet in her mobile home.

The Challenge: Updating a Bathroom in a Mobile Home

Tamsen's primary concern revolved around upgrading her bathroom functionality and aesthetics. She wanted to replace her standard toilet with a taller and more elongated model that would not only meet her needs but also enhance her bathroom's comfort and style. However, she was aware that installations in mobile homes can present unique challenges, particularly concerning drainage systems.

After several detailed phone conversations with our dedicated receptionist, Tamsen felt reassured and informed, despite the complexities involved in the project. It was crucial for us to provide her with a reasonable estimate and clear recommendations for toilets that offered the best flush efficiency, refill times, and overall capacity.

The Solution: Expert Installation and Care

Armed with Tamsen's requirements and our expert knowledge, we set to work. Our experienced technician, Dan, provided a thorough assessment and detailed descriptions of suitable toilet options. After reviewing the options, Tamsen chose a toilet that met her criteria—we were thrilled to offer her a potential discount on the recommended model.

As expected, the installation presented some challenges due to the unique drainage systems often found in mobile homes. Dan’s expertise shone through as he carefully navigated these issues, making additional cuts and installations to ensure a perfect fit. His attention to detail not only resolved the problem but also maintained the integrity of the existing plumbing.

“Everyone at Plumb Rite was a pleasure to work with... Dan gave us a very reasonable estimate... Our installation was a little difficult, but it all came out looking (and working) great!” – Tamsen B. --- Homeowner

The Result: A Satisfied Customer

The results of our work were immediately apparent. Tamsen now enjoys a beautifully installed new toilet that significantly improves her bathroom experience. Our team took great care to leave the space spotless, with no indication that an installation had taken place—except for the shiny new toilet that now graces her bathroom.

We are proud to have met Tamsen's expectations through expert craftsmanship and personalized service, reinforcing our commitment to quality work. With nearly 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry, our team at Plumb Rite Services is dedicated to providing reliable solutions that enhance the functionality and comfort of your home.
