At PMB Sliding Door Repair, we take pride in offering top-notch sliding door repair services that keep your doors running smoothly and securely. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a customer, Larry Hurwitz, with his patio sliding door, which had become a frustrating issue in his home.

The Challenge: A Sticking Patio Sliding Door

When Larry first reached out to us, he explained how his patio sliding door had been sticking and becoming increasingly difficult to operate. This is a common problem many homeowners face due to wear and tear over time, and it can disrupt the convenience of enjoying outdoor spaces. Larry needed a reliable solution that would restore the door's functionality without creating a hassle.

Our Approach: Expert Diagnosis and Repair

Upon scheduling a visit, our technician Paul arrived precisely as planned. With years of experience under his belt, he immediately assessed the situation and identified the core problems affecting the sliding door's performance. Paul is not only knowledgeable about sliding doors but also committed to providing clear explanations throughout the repair process.

Here's how we tackled the issue:

1. Assessment: Paul examined the door's track and rollers to pinpoint the source of the sticking.
2. Repair: Once the issue was determined, he proceeded with the necessary repairs, which possibly included adjusting the track alignment and replacing worn-out rollers.
3. Quality Assurance: After completing the repairs, Paul ensured that the door functioned smoothly and tested it multiple times to guarantee customer satisfaction.
