Duct Cleaning Brings Fresh Air

At PNW Duct Cleaning, we take pride in restoring and improving the indoor air quality of homes around Portland, OR. Recently, we had the pleasure of helping a customer named LeRoy in Cornelius, whose home was suffering from a particularly unpleasant issue: a foul smell emanating from his air ducts. LeRoy reached out to us after finding our services online, seeking a solution to this troubling problem.

The Before: Unpleasant Air Quality

Upon scheduling the appointment, LeRoy was relieved by how quickly our team could respond. We dispatched two of our skilled technicians who arrived promptly at his home for a thorough inspection. During their visit, they discovered significant issues within the duct system.

Unfortunately, they found a dead mouse and an alarming amount of built-up dirt and debris. It's no wonder there was a bad smell! LeRoy was understandably concerned about the air quality in his home, and that’s where we stepped in to help.

The Transformation Process: Thorough Cleaning

Understanding the importance of clean ducts for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, our team went to work immediately. They spent about three hours meticulously cleaning every inch of the duct system, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques and equipment to ensure that all contaminants were effectively removed.

We focused on:

• Deep Cleaning: Targeting all areas of the ductwork to eliminate allergens and pollutants.
• Detailed Inspection: Ensuring there were no other hidden issues that could compromise air quality.
• After-Photos: Providing LeRoy with detailed photos showing the dramatic results of our work.

We pride ourselves on our transparent communication, ensuring clients like LeRoy feel informed and satisfied throughout the process.

The After: A Breath of Fresh Air

Once our cleaning was complete, the transformation was remarkable. LeRoy noticed a significant improvement in the air quality, and he expressed his satisfaction in a glowing review:

"I found PNW Duct Cleaning online. I live in Cornelius and reached out because of a bad smell coming from my ducts. Two technicians arrived on time, walked through the house with me, and did a full inspection. They discovered a dead mouse and a lot of built-up dirt in the system. They spent about three hours thoroughly cleaning everything, and the price made total sense for the amount of work they put in. They also sent me detailed after-photos showing the results — everything looked amazing. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them!" - LeRoy Nelson --- Homeowner

With our efforts, we transformed LeRoy's duct system from a source of frustration and discomfort into a clean, efficient system that enhances his home's air quality.
