Transforming Outdoor Spaces with Prime

When Cindy and Wayne Simpson reached out to our team at Prime Landscape & Construction, they had a clear vision: to revamp their front and backyards into beautiful and functional spaces that would enhance their home. After interviewing numerous landscape design companies, they decided to partner with us because of our commitment to quality and attention to detail.

The Challenge: A Dated and Inefficient Landscape

Before we stepped in, the Simpson's outdoor space was lacking both aesthetic appeal and functionality. The existing areas were not only dated but also had various issues, such as inadequate drainage and poorly defined walkways. They wanted a cohesive design that would not only increase curb appeal but also provide a comfortable setting for outdoor activities.

Our Approach: Comprehensive Planning and Execution

To tackle the challenges presented, our team crafted a detailed plan that encompassed the entire outdoor area. The project included:

• New Paver Driveway: We installed a stunning new driveway that not only serves as a functional entryway but also complements the home's architectural style.
• Patio Cover: We constructed a beautiful patio cover, perfect for shaded relaxation and entertaining.
• Artificial Turf: To reduce maintenance and increase green space, we installed high-quality artificial turf that looks lush year-round.
• Brick Walkways and Borders: Our team laid out elegant brick walkways, providing a clear and attractive path through the garden.
• River Rock Installation: River rock was added for aesthetic appeal and to aid in drainage, enhancing the overall landscape design.
• Comprehensive Irrigation System: We set up an efficient irrigation system to ensure the plants and turf receive proper watering while conserving water.
• Lighting Solutions: To illuminate the outdoor spaces beautifully at night, we incorporated lighting throughout the landscaping.

Throughout the project, our team faced common challenges related to weather conditions and logistics. However, our skilled crew, including Mario, Fausto, and Temo, worked diligently every day to ensure that the project remained on schedule. Their strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness kept the worksite tidy, creating a safe and efficient working environment.

The Result: A Stunning Outdoor Transformation

The final transformation was nothing short of extraordinary. The Simpson's outdoor spaces now boast a harmonious blend of functionality and beauty. Here’s what they had to say about our work:

"We are so glad we chose Prime! Mario, Fausto, Temo, and their crew did an exceptional job! They had a fair price and a strong work ethic. They listened to our ideas and kept our project on schedule. If you are in need of any landscaping/construction we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Prime Landscape and Construction!" - Cindy & Wayne Simpson --- Homeowner

Not only did we meet their expectations, but we exceeded them by delivering a cohesive outdoor environment that they can enjoy for years to come.
