Stunning Raised Patio Transformation

At Prime Landscape & Construction, we thrive on turning our clients' visions into reality. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Elias Jordan, who faced a challenging situation after waiting eight months for his new mobile home to arrive. With his new unit finally in place, he sought our expertise to create an outdoor oasis. The task was clear: build a raised patio area complemented by a sturdy retaining wall.

The Challenge

Elias's experience prior to contacting us was nothing short of frustrating. After the slow build process with a different contractor, he was eager to enhance his outdoor space but needed a trustworthy partner to execute his vision without further delays. Understanding the importance of timely and quality work, he reached out to our team.

The very next day, we visited the site to assess the situation. Our dedicated team of professionals - including Mario and Fausto - ensured we fully understood Elias's desires for the project. We conducted measurements, discussed design ideas, and mapped out an effective plan tailored to his needs.

The Transformation Process

Executing Elias's vision required a blend of creativity and technical skill. Our team set a clear start date and timeline, providing a safe estimate on the duration of the work. The planning stages included:

• Site Preparation: We prepared the designated area by removing any debris and ensuring a clean slate for construction.
• Design Execution: Utilizing high-quality materials, we constructed the raised patio and a retaining wall that not only fit the space well but also enhanced its overall aesthetics.
• Attention to Detail: Throughout the project, we focused on meticulous craftsmanship, ensuring every aspect of the patio was built to last.

Despite the complexity of the task, we maintained open communication with Elias, providing updates and reassurance. Our team arrived on time each day and finished ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise for our client.

The Beautiful Results

Once completed, the raised patio area was a sight to behold. It transformed the outdoor space into a beautiful, functional area where Elias could relax and entertain guests. The retaining wall not only added stability but also added an elegant touch to the overall design.

Here’s what Elias had to say about his experience:

“Absolutely stellar experience. Mario, Fausto, and their crew were incredible...they executed it better than I could’ve imagined!” --- Homeowner

We take pride in the satisfaction of our clients, and this project was no exception. Elias not only recommended our services to his family and friends but expressed his enthusiasm to share his experience with others looking for a reliable contractor.

This project showcases what Prime Landscape & Construction is all about—creating high-quality, customized outdoor solutions for our clients. From the initial concept to the final result, our commitment to excellence shines through in every aspect of our work.
