Transforming Exteriors with Care

At Quick Care Home Repair, we pride ourselves on being your trusted local experts for home renovations in Raleigh, NC. Recently, we had the pleasure of collaborating with David Ashwill and his wife, who reached out to us for a complete exterior facelift of their home.

Understanding the Challenge

When David first contacted us, their home had seen better days. The siding needed replacement, and there were significant areas of rot in the fascia all around the house. Not only did they want practical repairs, but they also desired a fresh, updated look to enhance their home's curb appeal. This project was about transforming both the functionality and aesthetics of their exterior spaces.

Our Transformation Process

With careful planning and attention to detail, we began the project on January 22nd. Our committed project manager, Brinson, led our expert team, which included the talented Robert and Case. Their task was clear: replace the existing siding and address the rot.

• Siding Transformation: The first major update was removing the arches above the front windows and installing staggered shake siding. This new design not only improved the look of the home but also added a distinct character that was previously lacking.
• Attention to Detail: Robert took the time to add some unique touches that elevated the final product even further, showcasing our belief that it's often the little things that make the most significant impact.
• Maintaining a Clean Workspace: Throughout the project, our team maintained a neat and orderly worksite, ensuring minimal disruption to the homeowners.

Once the repairs and new siding were in place, we brought in Carlos and his painting crew to complete the transformation. With over eight years of experience working together, they provided seamless communication and fantastic recommendations to enhance the overall project outcome.

• Thorough Preparation: The painting team began by power washing everything, which revitalized the look of the gutters and downspouts. Their meticulous preparation involved masking and caulking areas to ensure the highest quality finish.

"My wife and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project and look forward to working with both groups at Quickcare Home Repairs again." - David Ashwill --- Homeowner

The Final Result

The culmination of our efforts resulted in a stunning exterior renovation that exceeded David and his wife's expectations. Their home now not only boasts enhanced aesthetics but is also more functional and inviting.

We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to work on such a rewarding project. With the successful completion of this facelift, David is already looking forward to collaborating with us on future interior projects, including removing popcorn ceilings and repainting their home next winter.
