Expert Handyman Services in Charlotte

When we at Olson Specialty Services first received a call from Nicole Simmons, she was feeling quite overwhelmed. Her furnace was making strange noises, and her main water line had previously suffered a noticeable break. She needed reliable help and was looking for a handyman service in Charlotte that could provide fast and effective solutions.

The Challenges We Faced

Nicole reached out to us after facing difficulties with both issues. The furnace was making unusual noises that were concerning, and after a frustrating experience with another plumbing emergency, she was looking for a trustworthy handyman service to resolve her issues promptly. Having experienced long wait times elsewhere, Nicole was relieved to find our team readily available to assist her with both plumbing and heating needs.

Our Approach to Solution

Our dedicated team sprang into action! For her furnace, our technician Lowell patiently listened to Nicole describe the sounds it was making. With his extensive experience in heating systems, he quickly diagnosed the problem – some wires from the motor had slipped into the blower wheel. Not only did he identify the issue efficiently, but he also repaired it swiftly, minimizing any disruption to her day.

Simultaneously, when it came to the water line issue, our crew, led by Terry, worked diligently to address the problem. We understand that plumbing emergencies can be chaotic. So, we made it a priority to minimize damage to Nicole's lawn during the excavation required to repair the break. Our crew arrived promptly, assessed the situation swiftly, and repaired the line as efficiently as possible.

Outstanding Results

After completion of the repairs, Nicole's feedback was incredibly encouraging:

"I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice... Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding!... They were a wonderful crew and did great work. I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them." --- Homeowner

Her appreciation reflects what we aim to achieve on every job – not just fixing problems but providing peace of mind and outstanding service every time.
