Duct Cleaning that Delivers Results

At ShayLian Air Duct, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional air quality and home maintenance services, particularly specializing in thorough air duct cleaning. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a wonderful client, Vanessa A., with her duct cleaning needs at her home in Houston, TX.

Before: A Home in Need

When Vanessa first reached out to us, she had concerns about the air quality in her home, especially with two dogs adding to potential allergens. After obtaining quotes from three different companies, Vanessa felt overwhelmed by the information and varying recommendations about what needed to be done. Others had suggested extensive treatments that seemed unnecessary, but when she contacted us, we were able to provide a clear and reasonable assessment.

Our Approach

Understanding the unique challenges of Vanessa's situation, we sent Bar, one of our experienced technicians, along with a fellow expert to perform the job. During our visit, we conducted a thorough inspection of the ducting system. Bar took his time to explain the process and addressed all of Vanessa’s questions, ensuring she felt informed and supported throughout.

Our team always comes prepared, armed with the right tools and professionalism. We recognize that air duct cleaning can create debris, which is why protective covers were used to safeguard Vanessa’s furniture, and we made every effort to minimize mess. Even though the debris from the ducts was challenging to manage completely, we efficiently cleaned up a significant amount of visible debris, leaving Vanessa’s home in a cleaner state than before.

After: A Breathe of Fresh Air

When the job was complete, we saw an immediate improvement in Vanessa's air quality. She mentioned,

“I’ll be sure to keep this company saved for the future. Thanks for all the hard work!” --- Homeowner

Our duct cleaning not only enhanced Vanessa’s home ambiance but also contributed to a healthier environment for her and her beloved pets. We believe that our transparent pricing and proactive service truly sets us apart, allowing clients like Vanessa to feel confident and secure in their choice of ShayLian Air Duct.
