Transforming Spaces with Honest Handyman Solutions

At SG Handyman Service, we pride ourselves on offering comprehensive, reliable solutions for our clients' home improvement needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a client in the Bay Area, Sanjeev J., who reached out to us for help with several projects, including the installation of a new washer and dryer and addressing unexpected plumbing issues.

Before: Challenges that Sparked the Call

When we first connected with Sanjeev, he expressed his need for a new washer and dryer installation. However, he also faced a plumbing leak in his bathroom that required immediate attention. After researching several handyman services, Sanjeev found that many quotes were either overwhelming or not transparent. His experience of facing inflated prices and a lack of communication left him seeking a trustworthy handyman who could offer a fair price with quality service.

Our Approach: Keeping Promises and Delivering Quality

Upon receiving the call, our team jumped into action. We contacted Sanjeev promptly to discuss his requirements and arranged a convenient time for the job. We provided a straightforward and competitive quote without hidden costs, which we believe is a cornerstone of our service philosophy.

Here’s how we tackled the project:

1. Washer and Dryer Installation: We carefully evaluated the space to ensure the appliances would fit perfectly, then proceeded with the installation, taking care to safely connect the wiring and create a vent for the dryer.

2. Troubleshooting the Leak: While working, we discovered the plumbing leak in the bathroom. Rather than shifting focus, we recognized the urgency and assessed the problem on the spot. We learned that the leak required specific parts, which we promptly sourced.

3. Bonus Fix: Even though the leak wasn't part of the original agreement, we felt it was crucial to address it right away. We fixed the plumbing issue effectively, ensuring the bathroom was back in perfect condition.

After: Satisfaction Delivered

The transformation was successful, and not just in the physical aspects. Once the projects were complete, Sanjeev commented on our professionalism and transparency.

“I reached out to Sotero to do the wiring for a new washer dryer, create a vent for the dryer and install the new machine as well. Of all the handyman I reached out to for a quote, Sotero was the only one who provided an honest, well-priced quote for the job. He communicated the plan well, arrived on time, and did a fantastic job. While he was doing the job, we noticed that we also had a leak in our bathroom. Sotero went out of his way to identify the problem, get the parts for it, and fix that issue as well. He even refused to charge us for the other job. He is a skilled handyman who does high-quality work at an honest price. I highly recommend him for your home improvement projects.” — Sanjeev J. --- Homeowner

This heartfelt feedback reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service at fair prices.
