Seamless EV Charger Installation

At Steady Hand Electrical, LLC, we take pride in providing top-notch electrical services to our clients in Raleigh, NC. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Hany A., who reached out to us for assistance with installing a 240V NEMA outlet in his garage for his new electric vehicle (EV).

The Challenge: Meeting Evolving Electric Needs

When Hany contacted us, he expressed the excitement of becoming a first-time EV owner but also the need for a reliable charging solution at home. However, after purchasing the vehicle, Hany quickly realized that he would require specialized electrical infrastructure to meet the needs of his new lifestyle. His existing garage setup was not equipped to handle the demands of charging an EV, and that’s where our expertise came into play.

Our Solution: Professional Installation Process

Our team sprang into action to ensure Hany's requirements were met efficiently and thoroughly.

• Expert Assessment: Initially, we assessed the garage layout and discussed the optimal location for the outlet to provide him with the best charging experience. This included factoring in the distance from the main power supply and ensuring safety compliance.

• Installation: Once the planning was complete, our skilled technician, Hayden, arrived on time, as always, to commence the installation. Utilizing quality materials and techniques, Hayden installed the 240V NEMA outlet, ensuring that all connections were secure and up to code.

• Clean-up and Testing: We believe in leaving a job site better than we found it, so Hayden took extra care to clean up the work area after completion. After successfully installing the outlet, we tested the charger to verify its functionality, leaving Hany confident that he had a reliable solution.

The Result: A Happy Customer

Upon completion of the project, Hany was more than satisfied with the results. Here’s what he had to say:

“I recently contacted Steady Hand Electrical, LLC to install a 240V NEMA outlet in my garage for EV charging, and I couldn’t be happier with their service! From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and highly skilled... The pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. My EV charger is now working perfectly, thanks to their expertise.” – Hany A. --- Homeowner

This experience not only reinforced our commitment to providing exceptional service but also showcased our team's ability to adapt and meet evolving electrical needs.
