Transforming Spaces with Expert Electrical Work

At Streamline Services Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical, we take great pride in our ability to transform homes through exceptional electrical work. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Leanne S. in Durham, NC, who required several electrical projects to enhance her living space. We understood her needs and were excited to deliver impeccable service.

The Challenge: Creating a Functional and Beautiful Space

Leanne initially reached out to us with specific challenges in her kitchen and laundry room. She wanted a new light fixture over her kitchen island and needed it centered perfectly over the dining table. Furthermore, she expressed dissatisfaction with the location of a light switch in her laundry room, which was inconvenient for daily tasks. To top it off, she requested the installation of a whole house surge protector for added peace of mind regarding her home’s electrical safety.

Our Approach: Precision and Expertise

Upon arrival, our skilled technicians, Tyler and Zach, conducted a thorough assessment of Leanne's electrical needs. We communicated openly about our plan to ensure she felt involved every step of the way. Here’s how we tackled each aspect of her project:

1. Light Fixture Installation: We installed a stylish new light fixture above the kitchen island. Careful measurements were taken to ensure that the lightbox was centered perfectly over the dining table, providing an aesthetically pleasing enhancement to the room.

2. Laundry Room Switch Relocation: We relocated the light switch in the laundry room to a more convenient location, making it easier for Leanne to operate without hassle during her laundry chores.

3. Surge Protector Installation: Understanding the importance of electrical safety, we installed a whole house surge protector. This crucial addition helps safeguard Leanne's appliances and electronics from unexpected power surges.

The Results: A Satisfied Customer

Leanne was visibly pleased with the transformations we made. In her own words:

"I recently had Tyler and Zach from Streamline Service come out to do several electrical projects in my home, and I could not be happier with the results. They installed a new light fixture over my kitchen island and centered the lightbox perfectly over my dining table, which makes a big difference in how the space looks and feels. They also moved a light switch in my laundry room to a much more convenient location and installed a whole house surge protector for added peace of mind." --- Homeowner

She remarked on our team's courteousness, professionalism, and knowledgeability. We strive to uphold these values, ensuring our customers feel informed and secure throughout the entire process.
