Transforming Homes with Ten Fingers

At Ten Fingers Home Services, we take immense pride in transforming homes and properties with our reliable handyman solutions. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a valued client, Cesar Nunez, with a variety of projects at both his residence and rental properties. Our team's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction is what drives us, and we want to share the fantastic outcomes we've achieved together.

The Challenge

When Cesar reached out, he was looking for assistance with several tasks that had been piling up due to the demands of property ownership. He wanted to ensure his homes were not only functional but also safe and inviting for future tenants. From installing security cameras to replacing a faulty toilet and upgrading bathroom vanities, Cesar had a comprehensive list of improvements in mind. As with any property owner, surprises can arise, and he appreciated the importance of having a trusted handyman to help navigate these challenges.

Our Approach

Our team sprung into action! We began by discussing Cesar's specific needs, assessing the properties, and developing a plan tailored to address each request effectively. Here’s a glimpse of the tasks we tackled:

1. Security Camera Installation: We installed a state-of-the-art security camera system that not only enhanced safety but also provided peace of mind for Cesar and future tenants. Our team ensured the installation was seamless, opting for equipment that integrates well with modern technology.

2. Toilet Replacement: Replacing the toilet was another priority. We swiftly removed the outdated fixture and replaced it with a more efficient model, saving water and adding convenience to the bathroom.

3. Bathroom Vanity Upgrades: We also installed new bathroom vanities, boosting both functionality and aesthetics. Our team selected high-quality materials that met Cesar's vision and budget.

4. Uncovering Hidden Issues: During our inspection and service, we identified and addressed several minor issues that Cesar wasn't aware of. These proactive solutions ensured that his properties remained in excellent condition.

The completion of these projects was a testament to our team's expertise and dedication, transforming the properties into safer, more appealing spaces.

“I’ve hired Alex for all kinds of work at both my home and rental properties. He’s reliable, shows up when he says he will, communicates well, and his pricing is very fair. Most recently, he installed security cameras, replaced a toilet, and put in new bathroom vanities. He also fixed a few things I didn’t even realize were issues, which I really appreciated. Owning property comes with a lot of surprises, and having someone like Alex makes it way easier to manage. Highly recommend.” - Cesar Nunez --- Homeowner
