Washer Installation: A Pristine Transformation

At Tex-Oma Commercial Plumbing LLC, we take pride in every project we undertake, no matter how big or small. Recently, we had the opportunity to work with Doreen Cruz, who recently purchased a new washer and dryer. Doreen reached out to us because the existing faucets leading to the washer needed replacement, presenting a unique challenge that required our expertise.

The Before: A Plumbing Challenge

When Doreen contacted us, she described the old plumbing system's issues. The faucets were outdated, and the copper pipes were deteriorating. Additionally, due to the nature of the installation, it was necessary to remove both the sheet rock and paneling to access the plumbing. Doreen expressed her frustration with previous experiences with plumbers who opted for brute force methods instead of thoughtful solutions. She wanted to ensure her home would be treated with care.

Our Approach: Precision and Care

Our team quickly swung into action. We understood that this was not just about replacing old faucets but also about enhancing the entire surrounding plumbing system. The process involved:

Assessment: We thoroughly examined the existing setup, paying close attention to the piping and overall structure.
Planning: We developed a detailed plan to replace the old copper pipes with modern, high-tech piping materials. This new approach promised greater durability and efficiency.
Execution: Our skilled plumber, Brittany, took the lead on the project. She is known for her meticulous work and attention to detail. With precision, she cut and removed the old pipes, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding structures while preparing for the new installation.
Restoration: Following the installation, Brittany painstakingly put everything back together, restoring the walls and paneling to their original condition.

The After: A Happy Customer

The transformation was not just physical; it was evident in the satisfaction of our client. Doreen was thrilled with the final outcome and expressed her gratitude in a heartfelt review.

“Let us begin with a quick statement of TRUTH … We feel like we won the lottery with Tex-Oma!! … Brittany, who in our opinion is an awesome beast of a Plumber… She put everything back to pristine condition.” --- Homeowner

Doreen's words resonate with our team's philosophy: to combine technical proficiency with a personal touch.
