Expert Drain Cleaning in Houston

At Texas Quality Plumbing, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional plumbing solutions to homeowners in Houston, TX. Recently, we received a call from a customer, Roland, who was experiencing a troubling clogged drain issue. Understanding the urgency of plumbing problems, our team was ready to step in and provide our expert assistance.

The Challenge: A Clogged Drain

Roland contacted us through Thumbtack, sharing his frustrations with a drain that had become completely clogged. This predicament pressured Roland to find a quick and effective solution. He needed help fast, and after reading our glowing reviews, he reached out to us for assistance.

The insights shared in the initial conversation were crucial. Roland explained that the clog had been causing considerable inconvenience, and he was unsure how to resolve it. We knew it was our responsibility to restore his plumbing system efficiently.

Our Transformative Process

Once we scheduled the visit, our dedicated technician, John, arrived punctually on the mentioned Saturday between Noon and 1 PM, keeping Roland informed of his arrival through a text. We understand that clear communication is vital during such services, and we make it a point to keep our clients in the loop.

Upon arrival, John quickly assessed the situation. He discovered the clog was located deep within the system and attempted to snake through the drain. However, he realized the issue was more extensive than originally thought. Assessing the situation further, John climbed onto the roof to run the snake through the vent—an effective technique to tackle clogs that traditional methods often overlook.

And just like that, it worked! Bingo! The drain was cleared, and Roland's day was saved.

The Aftermath: Education and Satisfaction

What particularly stood out to us during this job was not just the successful resolution of the clog but also John’s commitment to customer education. After clearing the blockage, John took the time to explain how the drain system works, pointing out the location of the P-trap and the hair that had accumulated. This not only resolved the immediate issue but empowered Roland with knowledge about his plumbing system.

The excitement and relief in Roland’s response were palpable:

“I was very happy that John was able to clear the clog. Also, he educated me on how the drains worked… We are very happy that we got Trust Plumbing. They had a lot of '5' ratings, and I understand why. They are real good.” - Roland J. --- Homeowner
