At TJK Security & Automation, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, especially when it comes to enhancing our clients' living spaces. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Rod H., who contacted us for assistance with several smart home services at his home in Liberty Hill, TX.

The Challenge

Rod reached out to us after facing delays and a lack of responsiveness from another local automation company. He was seeking a reliable partner to help him with three specific projects:

1. Wall mounting an 82” Samsung Q90 TV.
2. Cleaning up his home network configuration.
3. Installing a Ring Pro doorbell and its transformer.

He needed an expert who could deliver without hassle, and after contacting us, he was delighted to receive a response in under 20 minutes.

Our Process

Understanding Rod's urgency, we quickly scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, our team carefully assessed the home and addressed all of Rod's concerns. Here’s how we approached each aspect of the project:

1. TV Wall Mounting:

   • We expertly secured the impressive 82” Samsung Q90 TV, ensuring it was mounted safely and strategically for optimal viewing. Our team made sure all wires were neatly concealed for a clean and polished look.

2. Home Network Configuration:

   • Our skilled technicians efficiently organized Rod's home network to enhance performance and connectivity. We optimized his network setup to ensure seamless access for all his smart devices.

3. Ring Pro Doorbell Installation:

   • We installed the Ring Pro doorbell along with its transformer, ensuring everything was fully operational and integrated with Rod's existing smart home system.

Throughout the project, we maintained open communication, explaining our methods and ensuring that Rod felt informed and satisfied with each step we took.

The Results

Rod was incredibly pleased with the final outcome of our work. He expressed his gratitude for our professionalism and dedication:

“Travis runs a business that he stands behind! He wall mounted a 82” TV, cleaned up my home network configuration and installed a Ring Pro doorbell and transformer... You can tell right away in speaking with him he takes pride in the quality of his work, customer service, and fair pricing.
